The City of Santa Fe has fully transitioned to the OpenGov Procurement Portal for all procurement activities.

All Invitations to Bid (ITBs), Requests for Applications (RFAs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Sole Source procurements, and Emergency Procurements are processed exclusively through OpenGov.

For Requests for Quotes (RFQs), the City may use either email, OpenGov, or Pavilion. Vendors are encouraged to register on both platforms to ensure they do not miss opportunities:

OpenGov Procurement Portal:
procurement.opengov.com/portal/santafenm

Pavilion:
withpavilion.com/welcome

Please note: Vendor Self-Service (VSS) remains required for all financial functions, including payments, Purchase Orders (POs), contracts, etc.

Munis Vendor Self-Service (VSS):

Your partnership is important to us. Thank you for working with the City of Santa Fe.
