City Of Santa Fe Parking Division Refund Request Form

The City of Santa Fe Parking Division issues refunds to customers when they have been charged erroneously by city equipment. The City is not responsible for customer errors. Once your form has been accepted, you will be contacted by parking staff to provide documentation of your charges. Please allow 4-8 weeks for processing.
If approved, the City of Santa Fe accounts payable department will issue a check for the refund amount to the cardholder listed on the original application using the address listed above.
