EMS billing
The City of Santa Fe Fire Department contracts with EF Recovery as its EMS billing agent. All inquires into EMS billing should be made to EF Recovery at 888-261-2043. If you call 877-213-9047 and enter extension 322 option 2 for billing or a question about a claim.
fire reports
When the Fire Department responds to a call for service, the staff prepares a Fire Report. These reports are submitted to the U.S. Fire Administration as part of the National Fire Incident Reporting System.
Local, State and Federal agencies use the fire reports to help identify trends in fires. The local department also uses the report for budgetary planning purposes. The statistics gathered in this process assist the Fire Chief in determining priorities and future plans for the Fire Department.
To obtain a Fire Report
The property owner or insurance company will need to submit a request with the date and address of the incident to:
