Asset Development | Building a Vibrant, Inclusive, and Sustainable Future for Santa Fe

The City of Santa Fe owns or leases a portfolio of real estate assets that range from undeveloped land to fully operational commercial buildings. In their role as the nexus between community and economic development, the City’s Asset Development Team regularly reviews City-owned assets to identify those that may be underutilized and may instead be potential sources of revenue for expanding the City’s community and economic development goals.

All City-owned real estate assets being offered for lease, sale, or donation will be listed on this page, along with relevant documents like Requests for Qualifications/Proposals (RFQ/P), Invitations to Bid (ITB), maps, studies, surveys, appraisals, and other materials.
