Public Utilities

The Public Utilities Department Offices are closed

to the public due to COVID-19.

However, we remain committed to providing excellent water, wastewater, trash and recycling services.  We continue to provide customer service either over the phone or via email during regular business hours, 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Monday-Friday.  Customers may also use the drop box located in our parking lot to deliver paperwork; which must be in a closed envelope.

The City of Santa Fe Public Utilites Department understands that commercial water, trash and recycling accounts may need to be altered due to the COVID-19 virus.  We are ready to assist you and to help minimize the financial impact to your business.
