The City of Santa Fe Environmental Services and Division of Senior Services launched a composting pilot program at the Mary Esther Gonzales (M.E.G.) Senior Center on Alto Street beginning April 1. The Parks Division will begin to remove decorative lighting in the Plaza beginning Monday, April 1, 2019 through Monday, April 8, 2019. This is a timely process requiring ladders and the operation of a man-lift to complete the work. Designated areas of the plaza will be closed and barricades will be utilized for safety. The next “Council in Your Corner” Governing Body (City Council) Meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 13, 2019.
