Repeat Drunk Driver Arrested for 10th Time

Frank Seymour, 45, is behind bars after officers with the Santa Fe Police Department caught him driving drunk for the 10th time.

Wednesday, July 10, 2013 officers responded to a call of a reckless driver at a grocery store on 5701 Herrera Drive. When they arrived on scene, they found the suspect loading groceries into his blue, 1992 Jeep Wrangler. Officer say Seymour smelled of alcohol and was obviously intoxicated. He was given a field sobriety test and a breathalyzer.  Seymour blew a 0.30 and 0.29. There was also an opened bottle of rum inside his vehicle.

Seymour is charged with DWI, Open Container and Driving without a License.

He is being held in the Santa Fe County Jail on $20,000 cash only bond.
