Lucas Miller, 29, is behind bars charged with one count of Aggravated Assault and two counts of Engaging in Criminal Activity to wit Assault. Miller is the President of Santa Fe’s Chapter of the Outlaw Motorcycle Club known as the Bandidos.
Miller was arrested Friday (6/6) morning without incident by the department’s SWAT team at his city residence.
The charges stem from multiple assaults which occurred at the Stagecoach Saloon located on the 10,000 Block of Dryer in El Paso, Texas on August 18, 2013, and are the result of an inter-agency operation involving gang detectives from the El Paso, Albuquerque and Las Cruces Police Departments along with the U.S. Marshals, FBI and Department of Public Safety.
A 61-year-old man, 36-year-old man and woman in her late 50’s were assaulted. The victims are not members of a motorcycle club. The 61-year-old was hospitalized along with the woman. Both are expected to recover.
SFPD’s gang unit was able to work with the other agencies to identify Miller as one of the people directly involved in the fight.

David Zamora, 44, arrested in El Paso, TX
Nicholas Derry, 28, arrested in El Paso, TX
