News & Announcements
As part of its continuing efforts to modernize City functions and increase transparency to the public, the City of Santa Fe has implemented an agenda management system called “Prime Gov.” The new system not only streamlines, automates, and digitizes much of the committee and Council agenda preparation, it also provides additional opportunities for public participation and accessibility. In particular, in advance of meetings, residents can provide comment on specific agenda items via a digital “button” on the agenda page. Once the comment period closes, a report will be provided to committee members with all of the submitted public comments. Once a meeting is complete, agenda items will be bookmarked to the associated section of the YouTube video, making it easier for a viewer to locate the relevant point in the meeting’s video.
Committees currently utilizing Prime Gov are:
- · Governing Body
- · Finance Committee
- · Public Works and Utilities Committee
- · Quality of Life Committee
- · Planning Commission
The remaining committees will transition to Prime Gov over the month of July.
Residents may access the new portal at https://santafe.primegov.com/portal/search. No account creation is required by residents in order to access agendas, packets, or minutes.
