Land Use Department Launches Citizen Self Service Portal-Available for Short Term Rental Applications

Starting January 6, 2020, Short Term Rental (STR) Applicants will be able to apply online through the Citizen Self Service (CSS) Portal.  CSS is a customer facing portal that provides constituents with online access to the Land Use Department’s applications and information.  With a CSS account, owners or property managers can fill out new STR applications, upload supporting documents, and receive invoices all online, from the comfort and convenience of home or office.

The CSS portal is part of a continued effort to modernize our practices and improve customer service by providing residents with the latest online tools and technology. Over the coming year we plan to expand CSS public access to include applications for permitting and business licensing.
