There's a lot going on in the City Different!
Saving Water = Saving $$$
Even though the replenished mountain snowpack helps, our area remains in an "exceptional drought." Forty percent of our water goes to outdoor irrigation. To ensure there's enough for drinking and sanitation, the City offers rebates for rain water catchment, grey water rescue, and irrigation equipment to ease the cost of a water efficient landscape. Learn more about combating drought and saving money here.
Get Your Business Cookin'
The City is supporting Creative Startups in an accelerator program for food/agriculture entrepreneurs who could use some advice in navigating the pandemic downturn, and those who are just getting started. Applications are due February 28. Watch Mayor Webber's interview with Alice Loy of Creative Startups here.
