Commission Designing 25-Year Sustainability Plan Seeks Members

Letters of Interest due Friday

The City of Santa Fe is now accepting letters of interest from those interested in serving on the Sustainable Santa Fe Commission. The Commission advises the Governing Body on the programs, policies and projects that help to improve the city’s environment as well as the health and quality of life of the people of Santa Fe.

Commission members serve two-year terms and may be reappointed to multiple terms. Members shall reside in Santa Fe County and their expertise and profession must be in the environment, energy, water, land use, waste management, recycle, and/or other sustainability related fields, and have worked in their profession for a minimum of five years. The commission meets once a month.
