Alexandra G. Ladd, Director
Alexandra worked as a certified planner with the American Planning Association in the field of affordable housing since she completed UNM’s graduate program in Community and Regional Planning in 1998. She was hired as a housing planner at the City in 1999 and served in that capacity for six years. In 2006, she started her own consulting company, conducting housing needs assessments and writing affordable housing plans for different communities across New Mexico. Some of her clients included: the City of Santa Rosa, the Town of Taos, Lea County, the City of Las Vegas and the City of Belen. She was re-hired in October of 2012 as the Housing Special Projects Manager to implement the City’s inclusionary zoning program and as the Director, oversees all activities and staff of the Affordable Housing Division.

Roberta Catanach, Contracts Administrator
Roberta has 17 years of experience in mortgage and banking including sales support, operations, document auditing and team training. She worked at Thornburg Mortgage Company for 5 years as a Correspondent Operations Team Lead and also as an Inside Sales Support for assigned Regional Sales Managers. Roberta also worked as a Loan Processor for Century Bank and as a Consumer Loan Officer at Del Norte Credit Union For the past 4 years, she has served as a Contract Administrator for the City of Santa Fe, administering local, state and federal funds to support the City's affordable housing programs.
Jacqueline Beam, Planner
Jacqueline possesses a diverse background in sustainable design, ecotourism, grant administration, and eco psychology. As a US Military Veteran and Sustainable Designer/Project Manager, she worked on eco friendly development projects and with communities throughout Central and South America, California, Indiana and Florida for fifteen years prior to moving to New Mexico. She has served the Santa Fe community for three years as a Family Support Specialist and four years as a Department of Labor Program Director for at risk youth and families, practicing as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor as well. She holds a Master of Science in Architectural Studies from the International MSD-Sustainable Design Program with the College of Design, Construction & Planning with the University of Florida, and a Master of Arts in Art Therapy and Counseling from Southwestern College, in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
