Ft. Marcy Swimming Pool Information
The Ft. Marcy Pool is a 25-yard pool open for lap, recreation, group, water aerobics, swim lessons and swim team workouts. The pool is kept at a consistent temperature of 83-84 degrees. The tot pool is open the same hours as the large pool.
DAILY SWIMMING POOL RATES
Children (0-10) - $1.50
Youth (11-17) - $3.00
Adults (18-59) - $5.00
Seniors 60+ - $3.00
Adult Water Aerobics - $4.00/$35 10 punch
Senior Water Aerobics - $3.00/ $25 10 punch
Lightning: Anytime the immediate area is under a lightning watch, the pools, hot tub and shower areas will be closed. All City pools must close in order to ensure the safety of the patrons.
Schedule Changes: The City reserves the right to make schedule changes due to special events, pool maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances.
*Reminder: Fort Marcy Pool is closed for Lap Swim on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:45-10:45 Am and on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10-11 AM for Aqua Zumba and Water Aerobics, respectively*

We may occasionally have private lane rentals on Saturdays
Swimming Pool Rules
- No glass containers
- No alcohol
- No smoking
- Every pool user is required to take a soap shower before entering the pool.
- Children 7 and under (in tot pool or main pool), must be accompanied by a parent in the water.
- Pools and showers close during any lightning storm watches. No exceptions.
- All pool users must wear proper attire; swimsuits, plastic pants, hair ties, etc. No cut-offs allowed.
Pursuant to State and Federal Occupational Safety and Health Association (OSHA) regulations providing for health and hygiene in public pools, all swimmers must take a soap shower before entering the swimming pool. This regulation will be enforced by lifeguards on duty.
