Ft. Marcy Complex offers a wide-variety of fitness classes that include yoga, body sculpting, pilates, boot camp and many more.

10 CLASSES FOR $45.00 / SR. $25.00
EXCLUDES INSTRUCTOR PAID CLASSES!
Julie’s Fitness Classes are $7.00 each unless otherwise stated.
Fitness Class Options
Low Impact Aerobics - Low impact aerobics is a class geared toward seniors, but everyone is welcome.
Water Aerobics & Aqua Zumba - These classes is geared for all ages and abilities.
Body Sculpt - The Body Sculpt class is for those who are serious about complete body toning.
Fukien Shaolin Tai Chi - Slow-flowing Tai Chi movements increase strength, range of motion and flexibility; reduce stress and improve immune function.
Modern Jazz - This class meets on Wednesdays from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and is taught by Julie Adams. The cost is $5 per class. For more information, call Julie Adams at (505) 983-2177.
Pilates Core Strengthening - Core strength and stability surrounding a neutral spine will bring a body awareness that will last through daily activities with less stress and more vitality.
Pilates Fusion - This is a Pilates core strengthening and stretching session.
Yoga - Ft. Marcy Recreation Complex offers several yoga classes that help improve balance, strength and flexibility. Classes include Hatha Balance Yoga, Freedom Flow Vinyasa Yoga, Rising Flow Yoga Range, Yoga Fusion Flow and Sivinanda Yoga.

Fitness class participants, including punch-pass holders, must pick up a class pass at the front counter. Passes will be collected at the start of each class.
