General Plan Amendment from Transitional Mixed Use to High Density Residential and Rezoning to Mixed Use to R-21 (Residential-21 dwelling units per acre). Included with the proposal is a Lot Line Adjustment between 9A-3 and Lot 11B and an amendment to the Las Soleras Master Plan. The project is located north of Beckner Road and east of Las Soleras Drive.
