A fund to support arts and culture in all their expressions for the greater good of our community and constituents
Culture Connects Coalition Donations Now Online
To donate to the Artist Relief Fund, please follow the link below. Culture Connects Coalition Fund has been granted a fiscal sponsorship from the Santa Fe Art Institute. This relationship makes any donation a tax-deductible contribution.
We have made it possible to choose from several levels of donations. Remember, all donations are tax deductible.
Culture Connects Coalition is a fund to support arts and culture in all their expressions for the greater good of our community and constituents. As our first initiative, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and to reduce its greater impact on our community, we have partnered with Lannan Foundation to form the Artist Relief Fund to help those artists most dramatically affected.
As a result of the overwhelming response to Round One and our interest of distributing funds to the greatest number of artists in the community, ALL RELIEF FUNDNG will be awarded in the amount of $500. If you applied for Round One, your application will be automatically be resubmitted for a future round unless you are selected for an awarded grant. You do not need to re-apply.
Round Two applications closed May 17, 2020 with 140 applicants. Anticipation announcement and award of Artist Relief Funds by the end of June.
Please note: it will take time to review applications, award applicants, and have payments processed. We cannot make funding immediately available through this relief fund. We hope artists will have to wait no longer than four to six weeks to receive funding and we will do our best to move quickly.
PLEASE READ THE GUIDELINES BEFORE APPLYING.
Our guidelines for relief requests are here. If you prefer Spanish, see here.
Call to Action: Help us reach our goal of $100,000 for support of our artistic and cultural bearers that make Santa Fe amazing!
Our fundraising goal remains $100,000 and we halfway there thanks to the generous members of the community that have already pledged funding in order to assist one of our most valuable economic resources: our creatives.
In the interest of continuing to provide relief to artists, we encourage members of the public interested in helping local artists to make a tax deductible donation of any amount now.
