Community Supported Art Program Share Purchase



Each $500 share entitles the shareholder to receive 9 artworks, one from each of the 9 featured artists. Shareholders will be contacted with invitations to the art distribution events to be held in February, April and June.

Please choose your payment preference below: check or credit card. Checks should be made payable to City of Santa Fe Arts Commission, and mailed to PO Box 909, Santa Fe, NM 87504-0909. Credit card information will be obtained by phone, and processed within 24 hours. Please do not provide credit card information via this form or by email. Shares will be reserved when payment is received.


The following terms and conditions shall apply to the purchase of shares by Shareholders in the City of Santa Fe’s Community Supported Art project:
Cost: The cost of each share is five hundred dollars ($500) inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment in full is due upon enrollment. A copy of these Terms and Conditions is provided to each Shareholder upon payment of the cost of the share, and acknowledged by their signature below. Purchases of shares are nonrefundable.
Share: The undersigned is purchasing one (1) share, which consists of nine (9) signed and dated original or limited edition works of art, one piece by each of the nine participating artists. Shares are nontransferable.
Distribution: The Shareholder will receive nine (9) works total. The works will be distributed at three (3) separate distribution events over a twelve (12) month period. At each distribution event, each Shareholder will receive three (3) works of art from three (3) different participating artists. Individual works of art are distributed to each Shareholder randomly from the larger inventory of works provided by each participating artist. Requests for specifics works of art cannot be accommodated.
Distribution Events: Shareholders and one (1) guest are entitled to attend each distribution event. Dates and locations of distribution events are published when shares are sold. Dates and locations are subject to change. Each Shareholder must pick up their artworks at the designated event. If a Shareholder is unable to attend an event, they must provide notice at least seven (7) business days prior to the event. Upon such notice, Shareholders will have ten (10) business days from the date of the distribution event to pick-up the artwork. Shares will not be released to non-Shareholders without the express, written authorization of the Shareholder. Art left unclaimed after ten (10) business days will become property of the City and may, at the sole discretion of the City, be offered for resale. Shares will not be shipped.
