Project Background

In April 2016, the Governing Body approved a request to proceed with the implementation phase of the City Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Project. Phase 1 of the project is complete with the successful implementation of the Kronos Time and Attendance system and phase 2 of the project, focused on advanced staff scheduling capabilities for the Fire and Police departments is about 70% complete. Phases 3, 4, and 5 of the City ERP Project will focus on the financial, human resource and work order functions of the City.  Software from Tyler Technologies, a.k.a. Tyler Munis, was selected to automate and improve administrative services across the City. The implementation phasing and schedule follows:
