The City of Santa Fe, Parks and Recreation Department is soliciting bids for the supply and delivery of various fertilizer and chemical products to be used for seasonal applications and for routine maintenance and upkeep at the Municipal Recreation Complex (MRC) Sports Complex and Marty Sanchez Links de Santa Fe Golf Course. Bidder(s) shall have the capacity to supply and deliver all of the fertilizer blends specified in this Request for Bids (RFB), and shall formulate special blends as needed for City soil needs. Fertilizer shall be applied by City staff, seasonally (approximately 2 times per year), in accordance with an annual Fertilizer Schedule approved by the MRC’s Manager or designee. During the term of this price agreement, other City departments or divisions may require these products. The bidder(s) shall agree to supply these products under the same pricing, terms and conditions, FOB: Destination.
All items supplied to the City under this RFB, shall meet and comply with all current applicable Federal, State and local laws, codes, standards and regulations. All fertilizer quoted on this RFB shall comply with the provisions of the New Mexico Fertilizer Act.
