Application Process & Reservation Requirements

PERMITT REQUIRED - MRC IS A PERMMITED ONLY COMPLEX

A permit is required to use the Municipal Recreation Complex (MRC) for adult and youth league play, sports tournaments, high school sporting events and special events (family gatherings, business functions, group activities, etc.).

The Application Process & Reservation Requirements

1. Please submit application thirty (30) days prior to your event or league activity.
   • For information, fees, and rates, visit our fees.
2. After submitting the online application, it will be reviewed by the MRC Manager and/or MRC designated staff. Once reviewed, you will be contacted by Monica Romero, MRC Administrative Staff.
3. If needed, a meeting will be arranged to discuss your request further.
4. Prior to your event being approved and scheduled, the following is required:
   • All fees must be paid in advance by check or money order via U.S. mail prior to the use of the MRC Sports Complex.

   • Proof of Certificate of Liability Insurance (The City of Santa Fe MUST be listed as the certificate holder).
   • Completed COVID-19 plan to ensure health guidelines. Please review links for reference.

5. Confirmation from MRC Administrative Staff confirming your event is reserved will be documented via email to the email address listed on the permit form.
