Application Process & Reservation Requirements
PERMITT REQUIRED - MRC IS A PERMMITED ONLY COMPLEX
A permit is required to use the Municipal Recreation Complex (MRC) for adult and youth league play, sports tournaments, high school sporting events and special events (family gatherings, business functions, group activities, etc.).
MAINTENANCE UPDATE: Both upper and lower fields on soccer valley are still undergoing maintenance. Anticipated usage date is now tenatively scheduled for Friday, July 1, 2022 pending Golf Course/Sports Complex Manager and MRC Superintendent approval. Permitting for soccer valley will NOT be issued or approved until maintenance has been completed.
The Application Process & Reservation Requirements
- Please submit application thirty (30) days prior to your event or league activity.
- For information, fees, and rates, visit our fees.
- After submitting the online application, it will be reviewed by the MRC Manager and/or MRC designated staff. Once reviewed, you will be contacted by Monica Romero, MRC Administrative Staff.
- If needed, a meeting will be arranged to discuss your request further.
- Prior to your event being approved and scheduled, the following is required:
- All fees must be paid in advance by check or money order via U.S. mail prior to the use of the MRC Sports Complex.

- Completed COVID-19 plan to ensure health guidelines. Please review links for reference.
- Flyer of Event.
- Calendar (for adult/youth/high school activity games & practice dates).
- Type of fields requested.
- All fees must be paid in advance by check or money order via U.S. mail prior to the use of the MRC Sports Complex.
- Confirmation from MRC Administrative Staff confirming your event is reserved will be documented via email to the email address listed on the permit form.
