The Parking Division has designated 60 on-street and 41 off-street parking spaces specifically for persons with disabilities. These spaces are centrally located in the downtown area to provide convenient access to businesses within a close proximity to each space. Persons who display disabled registration plates or a valid placard indicating disability may park at any parking meter or in any city facility for free. Please note: Persons with disabled registration plates or a valid placard may not park in access aisles or restricted zones (i.e., fire, yellow, loading, police only, etc.).
