Brief Description - AN ORDINANCE REPEALING THE COMMUNITY WORKFORCE AGREEMENTS ORDINANCE, SUBSECTION 28.8 OF THE CITY OF SANTA FE PURCHASING MANUAL AND CREATING A NEW SUBSECTION 28.8 TO ESTABLISH THAT A COMMUNITY WORKFORCE AGREEMENT SHALL ONLY APPLY TO THE MARKET STATION CONDOMINIUM AT THE SANTA FE RAILYARD PROJECT.

AN ORDINANCE CREATING A NEW SECTION 14-3.20 SFCC 1987 TO ESTABLISH RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUM REQUIREMENTS; AMENDING SECTION 14-6.3(D)(1) SFCC 1987 TO REQUIRE THAT A RESTRICTIVE COVENANT THAT IS REQUIRED TO BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH 14-6.3(D) BE RECORDED PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A CONSTRUCTION PERMIT FOR AN ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT; CREATING A NEW SECTION 14-10.6 TO PERMIT LEGALLY NONCONFORMING RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUM UNITS; AND MAKING SUCH OTHER CHANGES AS ARE NECESSARY.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE 23-6 SFCC 1987 TO ESTABLISH REGULATIONS FOR EVENT SPONSORS WHO HAVE BEEN AUTHORIZED TO USE A CITY PARK WHEN THE SALE AND CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL IS PERMITTED.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING RULE 8 A. OF EXHIBIT A OF CHAPTER 22 SFCC 1987, SANITARY SEWER RATE, FEE AND PENALTY SCHEDULE, TO CHANGE THE MONTHLY USAGE FEE FOR RESIDENTIAL, MULTI-FAMILY AND COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS OF THE CITY’S SEWER SYSTEM THAT ARE NOT CONNECTED TO CITY WATER, BASED ON THE CHANGE TO THE AVERAGE WINTER CONSUMPTION FROM 6,700 GALLONS TO 3,600 GALLONS.

AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A LEASE BETWEEN THE CITY OF SANTA FE AND PASEO PARKERS LLC, FOR APPROXIMATELY 4,965 SQUARE FEET OF CITY OWNED LAND, LOCATED WITHIN THE 700 BLOCK OF PASEO DE PERALTA, KNOWN AS LOT 33, IN BLOCK 43 OF THE N.L. KINGS OFFICIAL MAP, FILED FOR RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 79, RECORDS OF SANTA FE COUNTY, NM, FOR A PARKING AREA AND LANDSCAPING PURPOSES.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 18-1.4 SFCC 1987 REGARDING LICENSE APPLICATION SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ALARM INSTALLATION COMPANIES AND ALARM MONITORING COMPANIES; AMENDING VARIOUS SECTIONS OF ARTICLE 20-5 SFCC 1987 REGARDING ALARM SYSTEMS AND FALSE ALARM REDUCTION; AND MAKING SUCH OTHER CHANGES AS ARE NECESSARY.
