Beginning and advanced participants will enjoy the moderately paced classes which are set to music. This type of workout invigorates, energizes, increases stamina, improves posture and tones muscles.

Monday - Wednesday - Friday (Full Pool - No Lap Swim) 8:00-9:00 AM
Monday & Wednesday (1/2 Pool) 5:30pm-6:30pm
Tuesday & Thursday (Full Pool) 10:00am-11:00am
