Parks Launches Public Survey as Master Plan Develops

Santa Fe’s incredible system of parks, open space, trails and public landscape contributes to the City’s excellent quality of life. There are many opportunities for sports, fitness, outdoor recreation, special events and observing nature. The City of Santa Fe and the Parks and Recreation Department is seeking to gather public input through an online survey as they create a Parks, Trails, Open Space and Recreation Master Plan.

The City of Santa Fe maintains more than 70 parks and public spaces, hundreds of miles of trails, and sites for indoor and outdoor recreation. It offers a wide variety of recreational programs, and over the next 10 to 20 years, the City will continue to invest in recreational facilities and programs. The survey will give the City Parks and Recreation Department information about the improvements that are most important to residents and other recreation users.

The survey can be completed online through the following link: www.surveymonkey.com/r/SantaFeParksandRec

The survey is also available en Español: https://es.surveymonkey.com/r/SZY2VBQ

Your participation in the survey is important! City officials will use the information to plan for the future of parks and recreation in Santa Fe. Surveys will be accepted through July 3rd.
