The City of Santa Fe Parking Division is requesting letters of intent for the use of three (3) on-street parking spaces for the purpose of conducting tours in the Santa Fe area. These spaces are located at the northwestern intersection of Lincoln Avenue and Palace Avenue and southeastern intersection of San Francisco St., and Old Santa Fe Trail .
Applicants must provide the following in their letter of intent:
- a proposed tour route within a 5-mile radius of the Santa Fe Plaza;
- a description and picture of the vehicle(s) to be used;
- proof of vehicle insurance in the name of the applicant;
- proof of a valid State Corporation Commission License of Convenience and Necessity in the name of the applicant;
- proof of compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, 29 CFR 1630.
