Infrastructure Completion Policy
The Land Use Department has issued Infrastructure Completion Policy that explains the construction process starting with signed mylars through final close-out. The policy became effective on July 1, 2008. Click here to retrieve the Policy and be redirected to the Technical Review Division, Development Review.

Walk-in Hours
Walk-in hours for construction permits & zoning questions are Mondays: 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM; and Fridays, 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM. 

Walk-in hours for drainage, escarpment, floodplain information, grading, landscaping & terrain management are on Tuesdays from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM and Thursdays from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM.
