Office of Affordable Housing
Alexandra G. Ladd
Housing Special Projects Manager
120 S. Federal Place, Room 314

Monday - Friday
The Office of Affordable Housing works proactively with the public, nonprofit, and private sectors so low- and moderate-income residents have access to safe, clean and affordable housing.
One result of Santa Fe's attractiveness has been a rise in housing costs. The City has slowed the escalation of home prices through its proactive involvement in the local real-estate market and its comprehensive approach to affordable-housing development.
Through capacity building, technical assistance, and regulatory mechanisms, the City of Santa Fe has built a network of strong cooperation and assistance among various non-profit agencies. These agencies help to make affordable housing possible. Please click the Housing Partners tab on the left side of the page for a list of our partner agencies.
