Cardio Vascular Workout Area

In this portion of the facility we house our line of cardio and fitness equipment. We offer a wide variety of machines to fit our clientele’s needs, including:

  • Five elliptical trainers
  • Four treadmills
  • Four recumbent bikes
  • Three Steppers
  • Two Airoyne bicycles
  • Life Cycle
  • Sci-Fit

This area is available at all times for use, unless closed for maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.

Equipment Rules
  1. You must sign up to use machines at the front counter.
  2. 30-minute maximum allowed per session
  3. You may not sign up for more than 30 minutes before desired time.
  4. You must remain in complex (general area) after signing up.
  5. You may not sign up for more than one piece of equipment at one time
  6. Your reservation will only be held for 10 minutes. If you arrive late, you may not extend your time.
  7. No phone reservations will be taken! Please do not ask.
  8. Please clean machines with disinfectant after each use.
