  • Alarm Permit fee is $25 annually for local residential and commercial alarms
  • Police/Crash Report fee is $1 per page
  • Criminal Background Fee is $5
  • Bicycle License Fee is $1 annually

After-the-Fact Crash Reports

After-the-Fact Crash Report forms may be obtained by providing the following information:

  • Date of crash
  • Location (must have occurred within city limits)
  • Name, address, phone number of person filing report
