Beginning May 1, 2011, City of Santa Fe Water Division is offering customers several rebates to encourage water conservation in an effort to maximize water efficiency and to conserve our present and future water supply. Our incentives and rebates program help water customers save water by increasing efficiency.

Please note: Our program offers rebates for the retrofit of efficient technologies, and does not apply to purchases for new homes or new construction and development. To qualify, all appliances and fixtures must be purchased after May 1, 2011, and applicants must be a water customer of Sangre de Cristo Water with an account in their name at the service address where the appliance or fixture is installed and at time of purchase. Our rebates are offered on a first come, first served basis, based on a complete, signed application with all the required documentation and will function as long as allocated funds permit. We hope to receive ongoing appropriations as long as there is sufficient demand.

• Commercial process efficiency program rebates
• High-efficiency toilet (HET) rebates for residential or commercial
• Water free urinal rebates

Rebates for HOAs and Condo Boards

If you receive City water but do not have an account in your name because your Home Owners Association's or Condo Board's water is master metered, you may qualify for a rebate. (terms and conditions apply) Check with your HOA or Condo Board to see if they are a participant in our Rebate Program Requirements for HOAs and Condo Boards with master meters. Purchases for applicances and fixtures prior to the HOA or Condo Board meeting the Rebate Program Requirements ARE NOT ELIGIBLE for a rebate.
