Landscape design guidelines for medians, parkways and planters were adopted by the City Council in Resolution 2010-66.  The guidelines will help developers and homewoners identify suitable plantings and materials that are attractive, minimize matinenance, discourage graffiti and conserve water.  The guidelines are intended for use on all projects in the city, both public and private.


The Guidelines address planning, soil improvement, efficient irrigation, limited or no turf, mulch and maintenance.  The three-page document is linked below:
