As we continue to assist our local community, we are adding an additional page which may help you understand the minimum code requirements associated with the American Disabilities Act on Accessiblility.  Click here to view the 2009 NM Accessible Parking Regulations. These rules apply only to new construction. 

Caretakers of existing parking lots, have the responsiblity of maintaining existing ADA parking stalls, ramps, signage, access aisle markings and painted international symbols of accessiblity.
