Building Retrofits
The City completed a lighting retrofit of the Mary Esther Gonzales Senior Center in May 2009.



Initial results indicate that the new, more efficient lighting should reduce energy use by about 12.5% (33,773 kWh) compared to previous years.  This means a reduction of 35.5 tons of greenhouse gas emissions annually.
