Receipt of City of Santa Fe Arts Commission funding obligates organizations to fulfill certain reporting requirements. Ten percent of the total funding award will be withheld until acceptance of the final report by the Arts Commission. No exceptions can be made to the requirements.

Organizations considering applying for funding are encouraged to review the reporting requirements prior to submitting an application.

Failure to submit the required reports will render an organization ineligible to apply for Arts Commission funding for a period of five (5) years from the due date of the report. (See complete “Reporting Policy”)

Below are links to reporting packets for each of the Arts Commission’s funding programs. You are encouraged to download and review the complete reporting packet for your program at the beginning of the funding contract. The information is extremely important to the City and it is mandatory that all organizations report it. If you have not already done so, you will need to devise a method of collecting data about your audience, participants, staff and board.

All organizations funded by the Arts Commission must display the Arts Commission’s credit line logo on all printed publicity, promotional and program materials related to the project.  Failure to include the logo can result in the termination of the contract and the revocation of funding.
