The Planning Commission hears and decides applications for development plans and subdivision plats and also makes recommendations to the Governing Body on annexations.  General Plan amendments, re-zonings, long range policy and Chapter 14 regulation changes. The Summary Committee is a subcommittee of the Planning Commission that primarily reviews applications for lot splits.  The Committee meets on the 1st Thursday of each month.  For more information call 955-6888.
