Summary Committee
The Summary Committee reviews and approves (or disapproves) applications for the division of land into two lots; and proposed amendments or modifications of plats that were previously approved by the Summary Committee. The committee is made up of three members of the Planning Commision.

Meetings
The Summary Committee shall meet at least once a month to review applications. A quorum shall consist of two members. Click on the link below for meeting schedule:
