  • NEW! Chapter 14 Amendments
    On March 27, 2013, the City Council adopted a new batch of amendments to Chapter 14 that took effect on March 28, 2013.  These are mostly technical amendments - but there are a few significant items as well. The new ordinance and a matrix summarizing the proposed changes can be accessed below. Note that the numbering on the matrix does not exactly match the numbering on the ordinance due to several amendments introduced by City Council.
