Instant Hot Water! Installing a
Hot Water Recirculation System into your home adds comfort to daily life by giving you instant hot water from any source in your home while saving water and money. Enjoy instant hot water instead of wasting it down the drain while you wait.
How to Participate:
- Single-family residential water customers of Sangre de Cristo Water are eligible.
- Rebate applications are available at Sangre de Cristo Water, located at 801 W. San Mateo Road, or you can download a Hot Water Recirculation System Rebate Form.
- To qualify, the hot water recirculation system may be purchased and installed by the home owner or a qualified plumber.
- On demand hot water heaters do not qualify for rebates.
- Complete and sign a Hot Water Recirculation System Rebate Form.
- Submit your completed documents including original receipt within 90 days of installation to be valid.

Where can I drop off my form?
You can mail your application to Sangre de Cristo Water, Water Conservation Office, PO Box 909, Santa Fe, New Mexico 87504-0909 or hand deliver the application to the Sangre de Cristo Water, located at 801 W. San Mateo Road between Calle Lorca and Pacheco.
How long does it take to receive a rebate check?
You will receive the rebate in the form of a credit on your water bill instead of a check. Please allow 90 days to receive your credit.
How long will the rebate be available?
Rebates are available for purchasing qualified hot water recirculation systems until funding is depleted.
