Proposed variances to allow zero lot lines and to allow disturbance of 30% slopes. Property is located north of Ridgetop Road, west of Ridgetop Loop.

El Dia de la Gente – The 24rd annual Community Day on the Santa Fe Plaza is just a few months away, and there is still room to set up an exhibit table. Applications are being accepted from any nonprofit or government agency that wants to let the public know what it does. There is no charge to participate in this fun and free event on Saturday, May 13, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m., with local talent performing live on the Plaza bandstand from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
River Talk, Saturday, May 13th, 9:00 am, at River Road (off W. Alameda at the Calle Don Jose & River Road intersection) Rainwater Resource Partnership and the Santa Fe River Commission will host a talk about recently installed structures in the SF River. The river should be flowing with spring runoff and the experts will discuss the river ecology and the new structures. Also, there will be a hands-on workshop installing rainwater harvesting structures that anyone could do in their own landscape. Afterwards, we head to the plaza to celebrate CommUnity Day!
