Mission
It is the mission of the City of Santa Fe Office of Emergency Management to work collaboratively with partners across all levels of government, the private sector, non-profit organizations, and the community we serve to ensure our city can prevent, protect against, mitigate, prepare for, respond to, and recover from emergencies or disasters, regardless of cause.

Santa Fe Emergency Notifications
Sign up to receive emergency alerts at SantaFe911. This service is provided through the Santa Fe Regional Emergency Communications Center and is only used to advise residents of actions they should take during major emergencies that are impacting or may impact a specific area of Santa Fe. All land-line telephones are automatically registered, however, all residents are encouraged to create an account and enter mobile telephone numbers and email addresses for additional notification methods. The SantaFe911 notification system is a FREE service to you (standard text messaging/data usage fees may be charged by your mobile carrier).

Nixle
Sign up for Nixle, used by the City of Santa Fe Office of Emergency Management and Santa Fe Police Department to send emergency messages to all registered users. Nixle messages may contain severe weather warnings, major road or infrastructure closures, or other hazardous or dangerous situations. Users may register to receive messages via SMS text and/or e-mail. Nixle is a FREE service to you (standard text messaging/data usage fees may be charged by your mobile carrier).
