Emergency Management

It is the mission of the City of Santa Fe Office of Emergency Management to work collaboratively with partners across all levels of government, the private sector, non-profit organizations, and the community we serve to ensure our city can prevent, protect against, mitigate, prepare for, respond to, and recover from emergencies or disasters, regardless of cause.

Sign up for Nixle, used by the City of Santa Fe Office of Emergency Management and Santa Fe Police Department to send emergency messages to all registered users. Nixle messages may contain severe weather warnings, major road or infrastructure closures, or other hazardous or dangerous situations. Users may register to receive messages via SMS text and/or e-mail. Nixle is a FREE service to you (standard text messaging/data usage fees may be charged by your mobile carrier).
