Mark L. Allen received his Bachelor’s degree from Utah State University and his J.D. from the University of Utah. Mark began his legal career with the Rodey Law Firm in Albuquerque in 1990 where his practice concentrated in the areas of insurance defense and worker’s compensation. He joined the City Attorney’s Office in 1994. Mark primarily serves as the City’s employment and labor lawyer and is charged with monitoring, supervising and assisting outside counsel in defending suits filed against the City.
