The City Water Division will be working with TLC Plumbing and Utility to retire an existing water main on Spruce Street by inserting a plug. The retired water main has been replaced with a new water main as part of the Transmission and Distribution System Rehabilitation Project.

Residents are advised to draw water for personal use prior to the shut-off. Also, residents are advised to not attempt to use water during the outage to avoid potential plumbing problems.
